Why You Need a Hardship Letter

Hardship letters are one of the main requirements when submitting a proposal for a loan modification or a short sale. Your hardship letter must accurately detail the nature of your hardship. Every lender will want to verify the nature of your hardship so it is importnt that you don’t just “make up” a hardship because you want to either modify your loan or sell your home through a short sale agreement with your lender.

I need a hardship letter because my teenage daughter moved with me after staying with her father for over a year, after I moved. Financially things was working out and we decided that it would be best if she moved with me. She wants to play basketball like she did at her previous school but because of recruiting students you need have an hardship to move in a certain zone.

I need a hardship letter because my daughter Lorraine wants to change school this year and she wants to play volleyball and was denied by the board members of the Seattle District on Sept 17, 2010. Please I need your help to help my daughter get the chance to play for her new school. I really need this letter to back her up when we appeal her next hearing. Thanks
