Loan Negotiators LLC does not charge or collect fees up front. All remaining fees as described in the Loss Mitigation Fee Agreement are earned and payable throughout our program as services are performed. If a Loss Mitigation Service is declined by the Lender and no other options are available to use in the interest of the Borrower, within 30 days of written application for and approval of refund, we will refund you 100% of the sums you paid us. To be eligible for a refund, you must have fulfilled your agreement to fully cooperate with us and/or our representatives.
